Your core impact is evolving the team's AI-native practices while driving platform migrations like MSK to Confluent Cloud. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build streaming services on Kafka and Spring Boot.
• Develop and manage Kafka connectors for data integration.
• Own schema management with Protobuf and Schema Registry.
• Drive platform migrations including MSK to Confluent Cloud.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Production experience with Apache Kafka or comparable streaming platform.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for multi-environment IaC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go programming language.
• Experience with Protobuf/gRPC.
• Experience with Confluent Cloud.
