You'll manage end-to-end delivery of forex products and process transactions at the branch for Instarem, a leading payments unicorn. Your work ensures secure, compliant, and timely handling of currency and remittances for clients. This hybrid role combines cash management, customer service, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver currency notes, travel cards, and remittance documents to clients securely.
• Process forex transactions including buying/selling currency and issuing travel cards.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate forex inventory logs.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML procedures and RBI/central bank guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Finance/Commerce preferred.
• 1-2 years in cash handling, teller, or forex operations.
• KYC/AML and regulatory compliance knowledge for forex products.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for transaction logging and reporting.

• Experience in product delivery or logistics.
• Knowledge of remittance software and fintech platforms.
