Description

You will lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for SAP applications, aligning project goals with broader business objectives. You will manage a team, mentor junior members, and ensure strategic alignment through detailed enterprise application design. Your work will help drive positive change for US federal government missions.

Requirements

• 7+ years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience
• Experience with SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, custom Fiori development, and Business Workflow
• Experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
• Team lead experience
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
• You must live local to St. Louis, MO OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
• Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
• Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
• Budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
