Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 2+ years independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine (including initiation)
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Residency in specified states; additional independent practice licensure for FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD)
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment
• Practice within harm reduction, low-barrier, patient-centered care model
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Adhere to structured schedule and paid break allotments
