You'll own our strategy and presence at conferences, dinners, and meetups. Your job is to create memorable events for our community and run event logistics end-to-end. Collaborate closely with our close-knit growth team to build quantitative and qualitative goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan event calendar far in advance and prioritize events
• Run event logistics: budget, booth, meetings, swag, staffing
• Host meetups and dinners for external and internal attendees
• Build quantitative and qualitative goals for events
• Collaborate with designers on booth and swag materials

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to operate events with precision from small to large scale
• Ability to quantify event results with data
• Strong taste in brand, copy, and partners
• Scrappy mindset—able to act quickly without perfect plans

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling to engineers and understanding their skepticism
• History of throwing memorable events
