💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performing team of fullstack and backend engineers building FloSports' digital streaming platform for underserved sports. You'll drive strategic vision alongside Product and Design, elevating the entire engineering department. This role offers full remote flexibility with occasional travel to Austin, TX.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage performance and development of 4-6 software engineers
• Drive execution by organizing team work and setting goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and QA on scheduling
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (front-end and back-end)
• 2+ years of management/team leadership in software development
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs with JSON and CRUD
• High level proficiency with CI/CD processes
