Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will act as a strategic advisor to your customers, driving their success with MongoDB products. You'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role
- 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for a book of business
- Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions
- Fluent in German
- Background in database, cloud, or infrastructure technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
- Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
- Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
