You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. Your fandom knowledge will drive add-on sales and team success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
