  • Monitor and manage incident ticket queue
  • Procure and provision IT hardware and software
  • Implement file and folder permissions changes
  • Support end-user web filtering and email security

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent certifications
  • 2 years of technical support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, OSX, iOS, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Defender
  • Familiarity with ITIL vocabulary
