- Monitor and manage incident ticket queue
- Procure and provision IT hardware and software
- Implement file and folder permissions changes
- Support end-user web filtering and email security
๐ Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent certifications
- 2 years of technical support experience
- Knowledge of Windows OS, OSX, iOS, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Defender
- Familiarity with ITIL vocabulary
