You'll serve as an internal advocate for player support, addressing escalated inquiries and improving the game experience for players at Behaviour Interactive, a leading independent game studio behind Dead by Daylight. Your work will directly impact player satisfaction and help shape support processes. You'll collaborate with multiple departments in a hybrid environment based in Montreal.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as a point of escalation for player inquiries.
- Research, respond, and resolve escalated player support issues.
- Update and maintain player support FAQs and Help Center.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve game experience.
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Patience and empathy to understand player needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
