Requirements
- 1+ years hospitality experience (front desk, night auditor, etc.)
- Native or fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Great learning agility
- Reliable internet/wifi connection
Responsibilities
- Assist and support hotel customers daily in software use
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues
- Gather customer feedback and requirements for future releases
- Create training materials and update support resources
