Requirements

  • 1+ years hospitality experience (front desk, night auditor, etc.)
  • Native or fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
  • Great learning agility
  • Reliable internet/wifi connection

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support hotel customers daily in software use
  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues
  • Gather customer feedback and requirements for future releases
  • Create training materials and update support resources
