You will manage customer orders, handle order entry and scheduling, and coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment. This role is vital for maintaining smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Previous customer service work experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders including placement, template scheduling, delivery, and installation services
• Handle order entry process and communicate with sourcing and production teams
• Monitor job schedules and communicate changes to team members
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate credit issues to appropriate sales personnel
