You'll serve as a trusted consultant, guiding school districts through every stage of their IXL implementation. You'll ensure each district has a clear plan tailored to their goals and initiatives. This role offers the chance to partner with district leaders and deliver high-impact professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support large, complex districts with IXL implementation
• Create and implement professional development plans with district leaders
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as a school or district administrator
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative

• Experience with IXL product
• Experience in Hampton Roads school districts
• Bilingual skills
