You'll join our International Accounts Operations team, building operational intelligence through automations, dashboards, and process improvements. Your work will ensure high-volume international operations run efficiently and accurately, with real impact on fintech innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and document operational processes identifying automation opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end automations using RPA and Python.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and control panels.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reconciliations and create reports.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience with SQL and Python for automation and data manipulation.
• Experience with RPA for developing automations.
• Proven experience in end-to-end process mapping and automation.
• Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Alteryx.
• Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or international financial operations.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
