Description

You will safeguard the application layer of Airtable's platform, partner with engineering teams to build security frameworks and automated controls, and ensure our products are secure by design. You'll influence application security at scale, working on LLM-powered offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product security or application security experience
• Strong computer science background with proficiency in clean, maintainable code
• Deep familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
• Hands-on experience securing LLM integrations and identifying prompt injection or data leakage risks
• Excellent communication of security risks to non-security stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop self-service security frameworks and automated guardrails for common vulnerabilities
• Conduct deep-dive design reviews for complex business logic and data isolation issues
• Partner with engineering teams to review designs early and provide actionable security guidance
• Research emerging threats around AI/LLM safety and implement controls
• Manage external penetration testing and bug bounties, driving remediation
