You'll own the electrical and controls scope of projects from design through commissioning and field support, developing advanced vapor control systems for oil & gas and biogas applications. You'll combine PLC/HMI programming with on-site troubleshooting, giving you ownership of projects from concept to startup. This role offers significant field exposure and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop detailed control system designs including electrical schematics and panel layouts.
• Create PLC/HMI programming for industrial control systems.
• Support field commissioning, startup activities, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant control solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation.
• Hands-on PLC/HMI programming experience in industrial applications.
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and CSA/NFPA standards.

• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or biogas industries.
• Exposure to hazardous area design (CSA, ATEX, IECEx).
