You'll fully own our internal stack to keep systems secure, stable, and help every team move faster. You'll work on real-life engineering challenges transforming finance for 3.5 million users. Backed by an $80M Series B, Midas is scaling faster than ever.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain 99.95%+ uptime for mission-critical systems (VPN, endpoints, internal tools)
• Deliver infrastructure roadmap milestones with stakeholder alignment
• Identify and lead improvements to internal infrastructure or tooling
• Roll out major infrastructure upgrades or automation initiatives every 6 months

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing and maintaining VPN, MDM, SSO, and identity systems
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure tasks with scripting and config-as-code
• Track record of building secure-by-default environments
• Experience with incident response and creating resilient playbooks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
