Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, as well as responding to service calls and performing regular maintenance.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must reside in Sandusky, OH area and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls including emergency call out services
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and legally
