💼 About This Role

You'll provide instructional leadership and coaching support to 3–5 Tennessee schools, ensuring strong implementation of Rocketship's STEM vision. You'll build instructional capacity among school leaders and improve student outcomes in math and science. This role offers the opportunity to shape STEM education across a network of charter schools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach school leaders on STEM instruction and teacher development.
• Ensure fidelity of core STEM curriculum and pacing guides.
• Analyze student data to identify trends and inform coaching.
• Design and facilitate professional development for teachers.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional leadership.
• At least 3 years K–5 lead teaching in math or science.
• At least 1 year coaching adults in a school leadership role.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing and coaching on high-quality STEM programs.
• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
