💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle for Fluidstack's global data center infrastructure, partnering with FP&A, Tax, and Engineering to ensure audit-ready records under US GAAP and IFRS. You'll drive IPO readiness by scaling policies and processes. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage capitalization policy and CIP tracking for data center assets
• Oversee depreciation, disposals, and impairment across GPU servers and equipment
• Reconcile fixed asset subledger to general ledger in NetSuite
• Support month-end close and audit readiness for fixed assets

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of fixed asset or property accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of ASC 360 and capitalization vs. expensing judgments
• Experience managing fixed asset subledgers at scale (NetSuite or similar)
• Experience in high-growth technology or capital-intensive industry

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA license or equivalent
• Exposure to PCAOB audits and IPO readiness
• Familiarity with IFRS 16 lease accounting
