Requirements

• Senior IC or tech lead with PM mentorship experience
• Expertise in AI/ML-driven search and discovery
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and drive execution
• Strong data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
• Experience in e-commerce or large-scale consumer products

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search
• Drive quarterly planning and daily execution to deliver customer experiences
• Own and deliver OKRs with business and technology stakeholders
• Define input/output metrics and conduct deep data analysis for insights
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmark against best-in-class
