You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers at Compass, the leading real estate platform. You will drive adoption of Compass technology and deliver world-class support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training
- Provide essential marketing support, creating collateral from templates
- Partner with Onboarding team on strategy for welcoming new customers
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) preferred
- Passion for supporting and serving agents to grow their businesses
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate
- Previous experience with live or remote training
