You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers at Compass, the leading real estate platform. You will drive adoption of Compass technology and deliver world-class support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training
  • Provide essential marketing support, creating collateral from templates
  • Partner with Onboarding team on strategy for welcoming new customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) preferred
  • Passion for supporting and serving agents to grow their businesses

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Previous experience with live or remote training
