💼 About This Role

You'll oversee waste management operations at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. Your work will ensure safe, compliant handling of nuclear materials and support national security missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare documentation for waste and weapon component operations
• Review procedures for proper waste accumulation and processing
• Support subcontractors with waste management practices and plans
• Conduct internal and external assessments and audits

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of progressive waste operations experience
• US citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
• Familiarity with RCRA, TSCA, DOE Order 435.1

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing union craft labor
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Tennessee state requirements
• Experience in a DOE/NNSA environment
