Description

You will build and test harnesses for satellites and launch systems, performing soldering, wire harnessing, PCB assembly, and functional testing. Your work directly supports space missions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years (II) or 5+ years (III) of electrical harness assembly and testing in aerospace or high-reliability field
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience assembling per manufacturing instructions and drawings
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, wear PPE, and work in a hazardous chemical environment
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and recommend continuous improvements
• Actively contribute to 5S work center organization
• Identify and highlight abnormalities in production
• Complete assigned special projects and scheduled jobs
• Manage multiple tasks and pivot to high-priority tasks
