Description

As a Customer Success Engineer at runZero, you'll support Enterprise customers by understanding their technical needs, leading deployments, and nurturing relationships. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and improve documentation and processes.

Requirements

• Experience deploying SaaS and on-premise technologies
• Experience with scripting in Python or Go
• Experience working with REST APIs and structured datasets (e.g., JSON)
• Strong understanding of networking and the OSI model
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and managers

Responsibilities

• Lead and support deployment of runZero Platform for assigned customers
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular interactions
• Serve as hands-on problem solver and subject matter expert for runZero platform
• Develop custom integrations and automation scripts to support customer needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
