You'll manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan in a fast-growing crypto environment. You'll drive revenue through trading volume and cross-selling, acting as a trusted advisor to VIP clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients including HNWIs and institutional traders
• Lead onboarding, retention, and relationship development for VIP clients
• Drive revenue growth through increased trading volume and cross-selling
• Develop targeted regional strategies across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in relationship management or institutional sales in fintech or crypto
• Strong track record managing high-value client portfolios with measurable revenue impact
• Solid understanding of crypto trading products including spot, derivatives, and staking
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's fintech ecosystem
• Additional languages: French, Arabic, German, Swahili, Hausa, Afrikaans, Urdu, or Punjabi
• Experience with data-driven performance tracking
