Description

You will lead a satellite production team to achieve daily production targets, involving mechanical integration, test execution, and continuous improvement of production processes. You'll build electrical sub-assemblies, solder components, run functional tests, and operate complex automated equipment in a fast-paced environment supporting the Starlink constellation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 6+ months as a SpaceX Technician or 1+ years in aerospace production environment
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, integration, or mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead satellite production team to achieve daily production targets for mechanical integration and test execution
• Build electrical sub-assemblies and perform mechanical/electrical assembly of satellite components and final vehicle assemblies
• Solder and de-solder through-hole and SMT components; support conformal coat, masking, and epoxy application
• Run functional testing of built hardware, including setup, instrumentation, and teardown
• Operate complex automated equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance
