🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design
• Manage employee relations including investigations and performance issues
• Coach managers on leadership practices and talent development
• Support field technician workforce engagement and safety culture

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP role
• Experience supporting field technician or field services workforces
• Deep employee relations expertise including investigations
• Working knowledge of employment law in Texas and California

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the renewable energy sector
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analytics
