Description

As a Data Engineer at Monks, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, bridge data engineering with marketing analytics, and collaborate on machine learning and Gen-AI applications for a Netherlands-based client.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in data science or data engineering.
• Associate Cloud Certification (GCP Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data modeling tools (dbt or Dataform) and data warehousing (Redshift or BigQuery).

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines and solutions across AWS and GCP.
• Support authentication and integration of platform APIs and automate ETL processes.
• Design and implement data models and data warehouses.
• Develop data transformation recipes for raw to structured data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
