You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic, helping them find the merch they love. Your core impact is driving sales through product knowledge and customer service while keeping the store visually appealing. You'll also work with the team to maintain stock and prevent theft.

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service skills
