You'll build Paystack Kenya's enterprise sales motion, owning the full cycle from pipeline to signed deals in priority segments. You'll define the go-to-market strategy and develop deep relationships with senior decision-makers. This is a builder role at an inflection point, shaping how a leading payments brand scales across Kenya.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle sales across priority segments: airlines, travel, education, hospitality, financial services, FMCG.
- Define Kenya sales strategy, pipeline priorities, and measurable targets.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline and accurate forecast.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering against revenue targets.
- Deep network and understanding of the Kenyan market.
- Strong communication skills to engage C-suite stakeholders.
