You will lead and bootstrap a new team (Core Frontier) in Bengaluru, bridging product innovation and customer experience by ensuring sophisticated identity features translate into a seamless user journey. You will hire and onboard a high-caliber team, establish operational rhythms, and stay hands-on with code reviews and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years total experience, 3+ years engineering management
• 5+ years as individual contributor
• Experience leading teams building reliable, secure, scalable distributed systems
• Passion for coaching engineers and fostering technical growth
• Ability to communicate effectively across time zones and functions

Responsibilities

• Hire and bootstrap the Core Frontier team in Bengaluru, setting technical bar and culture
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, Design, Architecture, QA
• Evolve engineering processes for agility, health, and high performance
• Prioritize roadmap with stakeholders, providing technical clarity
• Manage people: coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews; ensure team health and delivery
