💼 About This Role

You'll lead market analysis for refrigerant management and transition in Southeast Asia at Cascade Climate, a nonprofit advancing climate solutions. You'll translate on-the-ground insights from the HVACR industry into program design, working with partners across supply chains, policy, and servicing practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess refrigerant supply chain, pricing, and adoption dynamics across Southeast Asia.
• Document lifecycle refrigerant management practices and identify leakage points.
• Conduct field research at refrigerant facilities and industry sites.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the cooling value chain.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with HVACR markets or chemical refrigerant supply chains in East/Southeast Asia.
• Experience conducting market research related to HVACR or refrigerant manufacturing.
• Fluent in English plus conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Thai.
