🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions
• Conduct site surveys using smartphone app to document equipment
• Collaborate with account and project managers on projects

📋 Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 80%
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
