You'll provide onsite IT support for end-users at our Prague office. You'll resolve technical issues and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is part of a global team protecting over 550,000 customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Solve and handle incoming tickets in the Service desk
  • Monitor SLA compliance within the department
  • Provide IT support for hardware and software including remote assistance
  • Perform user account administration in various systems

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of IT Service Desk experience
  • Fluent English and Czech (B2 or higher)
  • Experience with Active Directory (creating user accounts, password resets, etc.)
  • Experience using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or similar

✨ Nice to Have

  • Enterprise environment experience
  • Knowledge of MacOS
  • Data center operations experience
