πΌ About This Role
You'll provide onsite IT support for end-users at our Prague office. You'll resolve technical issues and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is part of a global team protecting over 550,000 customers.
π― What You'll Do
- Solve and handle incoming tickets in the Service desk
- Monitor SLA compliance within the department
- Provide IT support for hardware and software including remote assistance
- Perform user account administration in various systems
π Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of IT Service Desk experience
- Fluent English and Czech (B2 or higher)
- Experience with Active Directory (creating user accounts, password resets, etc.)
- Experience using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or similar
β¨ Nice to Have
- Enterprise environment experience
- Knowledge of MacOS
- Data center operations experience
