Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years customer support experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound support calls and provide product troubleshooting
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system
- Document issues and steps to reproduce
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues
- Educate customers on using 8am products
