Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound support calls and provide product troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system
  • Document issues and steps to reproduce
  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues
