- Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and detailed reporting

- 7-9 years in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations
- Proven ability to lead high-volume renewal operations in a subscription-based business
- Experience managing globally distributed teams, especially offshore
- Proficiency in managing and forecasting large renewal portfolios accurately
