Description

You will coordinate construction installation reviews and work on all phases of small to medium projects or specialized phases of large, complex projects. You will participate in design, prepare reports and specifications, and assist with construction administration.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of CADD and design production
• Understanding of construction techniques for interiors
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and review shop drawings
• Knowledge of furniture bid packages
• NCIDQ certification support and continuing education

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction installation review
• Participate in project design and prepare Program Documents
• Prepare Schematics, Space Planning, and Construction Documents
• Ensure code compliancy (ADA, Life Safety)
• Prepare reports and specifications
