Description

You will drive product quality improvements for the Pulsar product, leading a small team and collaborating cross-functionally to define and execute processes that deliver reliable products. Your work will span from manufacturing to field use, ensuring robust quality control and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience managing a small team of engineers and specialists
• Working knowledge of AS9100 based QMS requirements
• Experience with RF and/or electronic systems
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense or similar complex hardware

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement for production and supplier execution for Pulsar products
• Manage a small team to address production execution and quality issues
• Own elimination of product risk across lifecycle
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Support continuous improvement of Quality Management System
