You'll lead the development of procurement compliance standards across Scion's portfolio of resident communities, ensuring alignment with policies, contractual obligations, and legal standards. Your work will directly impact cost control, risk exposure, and service consistency through Coupa P2P analytics and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Legal teams. This role stands out for its critical role in promoting supplier consistency and organizational integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Refine and maintain corporate procurement compliance policies and frameworks.
• Build and manage compliance dashboards using Coupa Advanced Analytics.
• Monitor managed vs. unmanaged spend to ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee recurring contract calendar management and timely renewals.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing compliance, or strategic sourcing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with procurement platforms like Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Excel or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of procurement compliance best practices and risk management strategies.
