๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the first line of support for our global trading platform, managing IT requests end-to-end with minimal supervision. You'll independently resolve endpoint, OS, application, and access issues while administering Okta and Google Workspace. This role offers the chance to work in a large-scale organization with a focus on operational impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage user IT requests end-to-end prioritizing by urgency and impact
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint, OS, application, and access issues
- Manage device lifecycle including staging, configuration, and MDM
- Administer access across applications using Okta and Google Workspace
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of Service Desk experience in a large-scale organization
- Proven ability to diagnose hardware, software, OS, and network issues
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, an MDM platform, and Okta
- Solid understanding of access management principles
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ITIL principles
- Experience with Confluence for knowledge management
- Deeper networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routing, firewall)
