Description

You'll serve as the central point of contact for Americas Channel Sales Support, driving channel-led sales processes, analytics, and partner lifecycle management. You'll analyze KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure governance of channel rules of engagement to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in Channel Revenue/Sales Operations in a channel-first SaaS environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with BI tools and SQL preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as central contact for Americas Channel Sales Support and manage partner lifecycle from onboarding to full ramp
  • Drive channel-led sales processes and analytics, optimize Partner Portal and Salesforce processes
  • Analyze channel KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Channel team and leadership
  • Prepare business reviews for partners including pipeline, deal registration, win rates, and upsell opportunities
