Description
In this role, you will be the voice of Robinhood, helping customers with a range of needs from simplistic to complex via phone, email, and chat. You will use empathy and product expertise to ensure users feel understood and valued while also identifying ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to defuse customer anxiety
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
- Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experience via phone, email, and chat
- Drive continuous improvement by acting as voice of the customer
- Develop deep subject mastery in complex financial concepts like equities, margin, and options trading
