You'll provide expert legal advice on global labor and employment issues at Wiz, the fastest-growing cloud security startup. You'll shape employment policies and support cross-functional projects in a hyper-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on hiring, performance management, terminations, and benefits.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and severance documents.
• Develop and implement company policies for labor law compliance.
• Support M&A transactions and organizational restructuring.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Germany.
• Minimum 5 years as internal legal counsel in high-tech.
• Experience handling employment litigation including discrimination claims.
• Knowledge of international employment law particularly EMEA region.
