๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the analytics, planning integration, and decision-support infrastructure that connects sales planning execution at GT's Living Foods, a leading kombucha brand. You'll design and maintain analytical systems, dashboards, and structured decision frameworks enabling commercial leadership to understand performance and execute the Annual Operating Plan. This role stands out by embedding commercial inputs into demand forecasting and building repeatable analytics that reduce ad-hoc requests.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide commercial readiness assessments and launch forecast modeling for innovation.
- Lead the Risk Opportunity framework and maintain forward-looking sales pipeline visibility.
- Embed commercial inputs into demand forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
- Own the Sales Behavior Dashboard and related analytic suites.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of CPG demand forecasting, category management, demand planning, or commercial strategy.
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI).
- Experience building analytics infrastructure: dashboards, forecasting models, and field enablement tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.

- MBA or advanced degree.
- SQL or equivalent data querying experience.
- Familiarity with forecasting/planning tools and ERP systems (Dynamics 365).
