๐ผ About This Role
You'll support the development and testing of human-rated space stations and rocket engines. You will build and maintain test facility electrical systems and perform hazardous test operations. This fixed-term role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain test facility electrical systems including EGSE and wire harnesses
- Work with engineers to build and test rocket engine electrical systems
- Troubleshoot, install, and calibrate various instrumentation devices
- Fabricate wire harnesses per IPC 620 standards
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3+ years aerospace or industrial instrumentation controls experience
- 2+ years using electronics equipment like DMMs and oscilloscopes
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with NASA STD 8739.4, IPC-620, or J-STD-001
- Familiarity with 4-20mA loop devices
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and complex electrical schematics
