You'll provide best-in-class customer service via phone, email, and chat for a leading online apparel & accessories retailer. You'll handle inquiries, orders, returns, and troubleshooting while meeting performance metrics in a remote, seasonal role through mid to late October.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media
• Answer questions about products, orders, returns, policies, and website navigation
• Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
• Meet performance metrics for satisfaction, handle time, quality, and productivity

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Home office environment with reliable internet, USB headset, webcam, and computer

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• Experience with Zendesk, Talkdesk, or SalesForce
• Previous remote work experience
