💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital engagements for TELUS Digital's Middle East team, acting as the primary client-facing lead. You'll orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, design, and execution, driving high-quality outcomes and building trusted client partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale the regional delivery capability from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across engagements as single point of accountability.
• Serve as primary client-facing lead, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Drive overall product vision and program narrative across strategy, design, and execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Product, Strategy, Research, and Design.
• Establish and enforce strong delivery governance, including cadences and escalation paths.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital delivery, product, program, or consulting roles.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary digital products for large enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and decision-making with multiple senior client stakeholders.
• Strong blend of business, user experience, and software delivery acumen.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years experience in the Middle East with understanding of regional business culture.
• Experience in leading consulting firm or digital agency delivering large-scale programs.
• Proficiency in both English and Modern Standard Arabic.
