You'll provide 1-on-1 personal care to adult clients in their homes or facility settings. Your core impact is helping clients maintain independence and quality of life through bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding
• Perform ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Check vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Handle home management: laundry, meal preparation, bed making

📋 Requirements

• Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience as companion or CHHA
• Ability to pass background check and comply with state mandates

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience with hospice or facility care
• Dementia training certification
