💼 About This Role

You'll manage Middesk's largest banking accounts, owning the relationship and driving growth. You'll develop joint strategies, close new opportunities, and advocate for customer needs to product teams. This role offers hybrid work in NYC and the chance to shape the Account Management function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer relationships, strategy, and growth for portfolio

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS
  • Banking or Fintech experience required
  • Ability to drive strategic conversations with executives
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
